Candidates must have proven experience in a senior leadership role such as GM, Business Head, Plant Head, or Operations Head, with a strong background in Plastic Manufacturing, Household Products, FMCG Packaging, or related industries, along with excellent understanding of plant operations, production management, and supply chain functions.
