HRFIRST (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Sales Manager on behalf of a leading distribution company based in Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving institutional sales growth within the pharmaceutical sector and expanding the company’s presence through its distribution networks. This role involves developing and managing relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and key accounts while identifying new business opportunities to expand the company’s distribution footprint.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical institutional sales

• Industry Preference: Experience with pharmaceutical companies or distribution companies (pharma division) is highly preferred

• Skills:

  • Proven track record in institutional sales and key account management

  • Strong relationship-building abilities with healthcare institutions and partners

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution networks and market dynamics

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth

  • Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends
