HRFIRST (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an experienced and strategic financial leader for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of a leading national pharmaceutical company based in Lahore. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy and planning, ensuring regulatory and compliance management, and overseeing cost and margin management to optimize profitability. This leadership role involves managing treasury and cash flow operations, maintaining robust financial reporting and governance frameworks, and serving as a key business partner to the executive team. This is a senior executive opportunity to lead the financial function of a reputable pharmaceutical organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Experience: At least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of three years at the CFO level in a leading pharmaceutical company

• Skills: Expertise in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, treasury management, cost optimization, financial reporting, and corporate governance

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore
