Indus Hospital & Health Network is hiring a qualified and experienced laboratory professional for the role of Supervisor – Clinical Laboratory & Blood Bank at Public Welfare Hospital in Sui, Dera Bugti, to lead essential diagnostic and transfusion services. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations of clinical laboratory and blood bank services, ensuring accurate testing, safe blood collection, storage, and distribution in compliance with quality standards. This role involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while managing staff, equipment, and inventory to support efficient patient care.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BSc (Hons) in Medical Laboratory Technology (preferably MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology) from an HEC-recognized institution

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical laboratory and blood bank operations

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality standards

  • Experience in blood bank operations including safe collection, storage, and distribution

  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance

  • Staff supervision and inventory management abilities

  • Commitment to quality patient care and defined KPIs

• Location: Must be willing to work at Public Welfare Hospital, Sui, Dera Bugti
