Indus Resource Centre (IRC) invites applications from qualified local candidates for a new UNICEF-funded project under the Sindh Learning Program, aimed at scaling up middle-level NFE/ALP in primary schools through second shifts to address the gender gap for adolescent girls’ access to secondary education in Dadu and Tando Allahyar. Available positions include Project Manager (01), Adolescent Development Officer (01), District Coordinator (02), Field Officer (06), Monitoring Officer (01), MIS Officer (01), and Finance, Admin & Logistic Officer (01). Candidates must hold Masters/BS degrees in Social Sciences, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related disciplines from HEC-recognized institutes, with experience ranging from 3–10 years depending on the role (preferably in education, NFE, gender programs, MEAL, or INGO sectors).

Eligibility Criteria:
