Ismail Industries Limited is hiring a proactive and technically sound professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Utilities at its Hub Industrial Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all utility systems including HVAC equipment, chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, and pumps. This role involves developing and implementing preventive plan maintenance (PPM) to strengthen maintenance systems, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving operational efficiency across the facility. The Assistant Manager will also maintain documentation for daily operations and audit requirements, resolve technical issues collaboratively, and follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders and quotations.
Eligibility Criteria

Education:Â Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute (HEC recognized)

Experience:Â 5-7 years of experience in a food manufacturing company; utilities experience is preferred

Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and heat load calculations

Experience in preventive plan maintenance (PPM) and operation & maintenance practices

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
