Meezan Bank is looking to hire a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Premium Relationship Manager in its Retail Banking Department across multiple cities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing relationships of top customers in the Premium Banking Segment, addressing their banking needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with Islamic banking principles. This role involves generating business opportunities through new customer onboarding via referrals and networking, while maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention. The Premium Relationship Manager will work to achieve business targets and contribute to the bank’s growth in the premium banking segment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or Economics from a reputable university/institute recognized by HEC

• Qualification in Islamic Finance: Will be an added advantage

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Relationship Management role (mandatory requirement for shortlisting)

• Skills:

  • Strong relationship management and customer service abilities

  • Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships

  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to generate business opportunities through referrals
