Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C) has announced multiple PSDP-funded contract positions for its project “Strengthening Common Management Unit for TB, AIDS and Malaria” in Islamabad, including Deputy National Coordinator (HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria) PPS-09, Director NRL PPS-09, Microbiologist, Molecular Biologist, Treatment Coordinator, Prevention Coordinator, HIV PPCT Coordinator, Monitoring Evaluation Officer, Program Officer, Medical Officer, Biostatistician, Quality Control Officer, Safety Officer, Lab Supervisor, Laboratory Technologist, Nurses, Assistant Personal Secretary, Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, Lab Technician, Store Keeper, Out Reach Worker, Laboratory Attendant, Driver, Security Guard, Office Boy, Naib Qasid, and Sweeper. Qualifications range from Middle, Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor, Master, BS to MBBS/BDS with MPH/MSHP and PMC/PMDC recognition, with experience requirements varying from 2 to 10+ years depending on the position. Age limits vary from 30 to 55 years with relaxation as per Establishment Division Rules 1993.

Eligibility Criteria

Deputy National Coordinator (HIV/AIDS/TB/Malaria) PPS-09 (Age 50-55): MBBS/BDS recognized by PMC/PMDC + MPH/MSHP or equivalent with 10 years experience in Public Health Programs.

Director NRL PPS-09 (Age 50-55): MBBS recognized by PMC/PMDC + Masters in Public Health with 10 years experience in Public Health.

Microbiologist (TB) PPS-08 (Age 50-55): MSc Microbiology with 5-7 years experience (preferably in TB Laboratory).

Molecular Biologist (TB) PPS-08 (Age 50-55): MSc Molecular Biology with 3-5 years experience (preferably in TB Laboratory).

Treatment/Prevention Coordinator (HIV/AIDS) PPS-08 (Age 50-55): MBBS recognized by PMC/PMDC + MPH with 3-7 years experience in Public Health or HIV/AIDS Program.

Monitoring Evaluation Officer (CBO) HIV/AIDS PPS-07 (Age 40): Master’s in Public Health or related area (Mass Communications/Sociology/Anthropology) + 7 years public health experience + 3-5 years malaria/TB/AIDS experience.

Medical Officer (HIV/AIDS) PPS-07 (Age 40): MBBS with MPH + 3-5 years public health experience OR Masters in Statistics with 5 years experience.

Biostatistician PPS-07 (Age 40): MBBS with MPH + 3-5 years public health experience OR Masters in Statistics with 5 years experience.

Data Entry Operator PPS-06 (Age 35): Bachelor’s (preferably Computer Sciences) + 3 years data entry experience in reputed organization.

Naib Qasid PPS-01 (Age 30): Middle + 3 years relevant experience.

Sweeper PPS-01 (Age 30): Literacy (government office experience preferred).

Driver PPS-02 (Age 30): Matriculation + Valid LTV License + 2-3 years driving experience after license issuance.

Security Guard PPS-01 (Age 45): Ex-Army Personnel with excellent mental and physical health.
