Packages Group is hiring a qualified and motivated finance professional for the role of Deputy Financial Controller at its Lahore location on a permanent basis, reporting to the Financial Controller. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations of the finance department, ensuring timely monthly closings, preparation of board decks, and other management reporting. This role involves facilitating internal and external audits, assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, and performing monthly tracking to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. The Deputy Financial Controller will bring strong accounting expertise and the ability to work independently with high motivation and multitasking capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) or ICEAW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales) qualified

• Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting

• Skills:

  • Ability to act and work independently with high motivation

  • Strong multitasking capabilities

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Basic knowledge of SAP

  • Experience in monthly closings, management reporting, and audit facilitation

  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking
