PIEAS (Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences) is offering fully-funded fellowships for MS, MPhil, and PhD programs in 2026, sponsored by PAEC and strategic organizations like KINPOE. These prestigious fellowships provide a monthly stipend of approximately Rs. 58,180, full tuition waiver, free medical care, and hostel accommodation. The admission process is now open, with the deadline to apply on 05 March 2026, and selected candidates will be inducted as Scientific Officers or Assistant Engineers upon successful completion.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 or First Division in a 16-year degree (Engineering, Sciences, or MBBS).

Preferably First Division throughout academic career; one Second Division (≥50%) is allowed except in the final degree.

Age limit: up to 27 years for Engineers/Scientists, and up to 32 years for MBBS Doctors (as of 30 June 2026).

Fellows must sign a 5-year service bond with PAEC or a strategic organization after graduation.
