Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Relevant experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation (specific years as per position requirements)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with government IT projects and digital governance initiatives
