Port Qasim Authority (PQA) under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for project-based position including Project Director at Bin Qasim Town, in Karachi. Selected candidates will play critical roles in managing major infrastructure development projects, including the rehabilitation and dualization of the PQA Main Access Road, as well as overseeing Vessel Traffic Management Systems (VTMS) to ensure safe and efficient port operations. These positions are offered on a contractual basis (initially for one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance and project requirements) with attractive lump-sum salary packages.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor, Master or related fields from HEC-recognized universities

• Experience: Significant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, construction supervision, and contract management; specific experience in port operations or VTMS preferred for relevant positions

• Registration: PEC registration is mandatory for engineering positions
