READ Foundation is looking for a talented and passionate finance professional for the role of Accounts Officer at its Islamabad office to join its growing team dedicated to strengthening humanity for change. The selected candidate will be responsible for reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing and maintaining budgets in coordination with the finance team. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial proposals, tracking project expenditures against approved budgets, and supporting audits related to project financials to ensure all financial practices comply with organizational policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) from an HEC-recognized institution

• Experience: Minimum 3 years to maximum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial management

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

  • Experience in bank reconciliation and financial account management

  • Ability to develop and maintain budgets and forecast financial performance

  • Experience in preparing financial proposals and tracking project expenditures

  • Knowledge of audit procedures and project financial management

• Location: Islamabad
