READ Foundation is hiring a Resource Mobilization Officer (Regular) for its Bhimber, AJK office to strengthen fundraising efforts and community engagement. The role involves researching and compiling data on potential donors, planning and coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, implementing the Taleem Dost campaign in schools, creating effective liaison with school heads, and reporting, engaging, and motivating donors and volunteers. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field with 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
