Sapphire Finishing Mills is hiring a Control Room Operator for its Cogeneration Plant at the Raiwind Manga Road location in Lahore, responsible for managing startup, operation, and shutdown of plant and auxiliary equipment including turbine, troubleshooting faults during plant trips, and ensuring boiler water chemistry compliance. Candidates must have a minimum B.Tech and C Class Diploma with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with high-pressure biomass power plant and back pressure steam turbine experience. Cogeneration power plant experience is highly preferred for this position.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum B.Tech

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in similar role; high-pressure biomass power plant experience required; cogeneration power plant and back pressure steam turbine experience preferred

• Skills: Plant startup/shutdown, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, boiler water chemistry understanding
