Searle Company Limited is hiring a qualified and experienced pharmaceutical professional for the role of Senior Executive Quality Control (QC) at its Karachi Plant (SITE) to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for the analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, preparation of SOPs and testing procedures, and ensuring all activities meet required quality standards. This role involves planning and meeting testing targets, performing calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of analytical instruments, and ensuring adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), OEE, HSE, and industrial best practices. The Senior Executive QC will play a critical role in maintaining the quality integrity of pharmaceutical products manufactured at the plant.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Pharm-D or MSc in Chemistry or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the Pharmaceutical Industry

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)

  • Familiarity with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards

  • Knowledge of industrial best practices with respect to Quality Control operations

  • Good time management and solution-oriented approach

  • Experience in calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of analytical instruments
