Style Textile is hiring an experienced and technically proficient IT professional for the role of Lead System Administrator at its Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate facility in Lahore. The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for systems administration, networking, IT operations, and disaster recovery for the organization’s data centers. This role involves administration and support of MS Windows, VMware, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, MS 365 Cloud, and SharePoint, along with installation and configuration of server and end-user operating systems. Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) from a reputed HEC-recognized institution
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations in systems administration and IT operations
Technical Skills:
- Experience with MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Exchange, and MS 365 Cloud
- Proficiency in VMware, Linux administration, and pfSense
- Knowledge of DMZ, VPNs, and security appliances
- Experience with Cisco switches and network infrastructure
- Strong understanding of system security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to resolve IT system complaints within defined SLAs
