Taj Gasoline is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager for its Karachi operations to oversee daily site operations, manage staff rosters and performance, handle BTL activations and physical branding rollouts, ensure efficient fuel handling and tank lorry decantation, maintain SOP compliance, develop sales strategies, monitor sales performance and transaction reconciliation, manage cash flow and collections, ensure HSSE compliance, and deliver high standards of customer service. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in Fuel Station Operations or Retail, including hands-on experience in BTL activations, staff management, inventory control, and operational cost management.
