KFC Pakistan is looking for motivated and energetic Shift Managers to join its team across Lahore, offering an opportunity to lead teams, deliver great customer experiences, and keep the bucket running strong. The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during their shifts, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining service standards, and managing team performance to achieve operational excellence. This role involves supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with KFC’s brand standards and safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant fields from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of experience in restaurant management, shift supervision, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Location: Lahore (must be willing to work at various KFC locations across Lahore)
