Diamer Basha Development Company (DBDC), under the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), has announced regular positions for candidates belonging to District Diamer as part of the “Decade of Dams” vision, including IT Assistant, Jr. Technician (Mechanical), Attendant, Stenographer Grade-II, Sub-Engineer (Civil), Junior Store Keeper, Jr. Clerk cum Computer Typist, Jr. Clerk cum Computer Typist (Accounts), Assistant Station Attendant (ASA), Surveyor, Tracer, Welder Grade-II, Fitter Grade-II, Waiter/Bearer, Helper, Cleaner, Trolleyman, Valveman, Beldar, Naib Qasid, Dak Runner, Mali, Sewerman, and Sanitary Worker. Qualification requirements range from Literate/Middle/Matric to Graduation (B.Sc/BCS/BIT), with DAE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Electronics for technical posts, and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. with MS Office proficiency for clerical roles. Experience of 1 to 3 years is required for specific posts, with age limit 18–33 years (5 years general relaxation already included; disabled persons get 10 years relaxation; local DBDC daily wage employees may get up to 38 years).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Literate / Middle / Matric to Graduation (B.Sc/BCS/BIT) depending on post; DAE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Electronics for technical posts

• Clerical Skills: Typing speed 40 w.p.m. + MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet)

• Experience: 1–3 years relevant vocational or field experience for specific posts

• Domicile: Must belong to District Diamer (local quota)

• Age: 18–33 years (5 years general relaxation already included; disabled persons get 10 years relaxation; local DBDC daily wage employees may get up to 38 years based on service duration)

• Probation: Initial appointment on probation for one year
