WAPDA has announced its Paid Internship Program 2026 for young, fresh, and university students across Pakistan, offering an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience after completing their graduation. This 8-week (2 months) program is open to both males and females from all provinces including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit, Azad Kashmir, and Ex-FATA, with a total of 50 seats allocated across various disciplines. The program aims to groom young talent by providing hands-on experience in engineering and management disciplines, with exposure to WAPDA’s prestigious “Decade of Dams” projects.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:Â Fresh/Recent Graduation (16 years of education) in the relevant subject from HEC-recognized universities, completed within the last 03 years

CGPA Requirement:Â Minimum CGPA 2.8 out of 4.0 (or equivalent percentage)

Age Limit:Â Maximum 26 years of age

Nationality:Â Pakistani citizens from all provinces including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan
