Zong, one of Pakistan’s leading telecom companies, has partnered with Samsung to launch the new Galaxy S26 Series. The goal is to make 5G-ready smartphones more accessible to people across Pakistan. Zong customers will get special benefits such as pre-booking offers, bundle deals, and trade-in options for old Samsung phones at selected Zong Customer Service Centers (CSCs).
Sajid Munir, Zong’s Head of Marketing, said this partnership will help more Pakistanis access advanced 5G technology and take part in the country’s growing digital economy. Special Samsung display zones have been set up at selected Zong centers, starting with Islamabad, where customers can try the new phones and get assistance with purchases.
Zong is also introducing a trade-in program for Samsung phones, allowing customers to upgrade to the Galaxy S26 easily. The phones will also be available online through the My Zong App, where users can browse, pre-book, and place orders. The Galaxy S26 Series will officially launch nationwide in February 2026.
This collaboration between Zong and Samsung aims to make high-tech 5G smartphones more affordable and accessible, while improving digital services and customer experiences across Pakistan.
