Packages Limited is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Trade Officer at its Lahore location on a permanent contract basis, reporting to the Finance Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying all export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Proforma Invoices. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution, tracking shipment schedules, and ensuring timely submission of required documents to relevant parties.
Eligibility Criteria

Education:Â Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

Experience:Â Relevant experience in trade documentation and financial reconciliation (preferred)

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Good presentation and communication skills

Knowledge of export/import documentation processes

Ability to work effectively within teams

Understanding of commercial invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit
