Papa Johns Pakistan is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader for the role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at its DHA location in Karachi to drive operational excellence and brand growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency KPIs in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. This role involves leading and developing high-performing teams, maintaining rigorous food quality and service standards, and ensuring compliance with brand SOPs and safety regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; business or hospitality background is a plus

• Experience: Experience in a similar role (Restaurant General Manager or equivalent) within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to DHA, Karachi
