Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master's degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in career counseling, placement coordination, or related roles in an educational or corporate setting.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of the job market, industry requirements, and higher education landscape.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.

• Career counseling for individuals and groups of students
• Design and execute unique career development initiatives and workshops
• Maintain relations with industry experts and alumni
• Plan internships and placements in varied industries
• Organize career fairs, lectures, and industry tours
• Keep track of interactions of the students and their feedback
• Be a mentor for a team of career counselors and administrative staff
