Elite Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the high-profile position of Regional Manager-Business Development (EPC Business) at their Karachi Regional Office. The job, which was announced by the company in August 2026, entails the responsibility to create business opportunities in the sectors of Oil & Gas Industry (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream), Bulk Oil Terminals, Piping & Pipelines, Process Equipment and Pressure Vessels with total exposure to the EPC environment and an established reputation of dealing with turnkey projects. Responsibilities of the incumbent would include lead creation and transformation into business, establishment of good contacts at the highest level, and coordination with the Head Office in Lahore. A minimum qualification of B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering followed by MBA from a reputable institute, coupled with minimum of 10 years of experience in the EPC environment, including 3 years of managerial experience and 2 to 3 years of execution experience of industrial projects with MNCs. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with MBA from reputable institutes.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in an EPC environment, including at least 3 years in a distinct managerial role.
• Project Experience: 2–3 years of execution experience on industrial projects with MNCs.
• Core Expertise: Comprehensive exposure to:
• Oil & Gas Industry (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream)
• Bulk Oil Terminals
• Piping & Pipelines
• Process Equipment
• Pressure Vessels
• PEB experience is an advantage.
